 See that girl See her sit as if alone See her sit as if no ties abound her She has them all She has them none She is the two parent orphan To everyone They do not care They do not call She sits and leans Up against that wall Through sickness and sorrow She deals alone Through pain and mourning She has no home Her head so low Too heavy to hold up high Through shrugging shoulders She wipes a tear from her eye She used to wait with extended arms In hopes of love from passers by She�s given up on all the hope And promises were just a lie They will never see her there They will never care She will always sit and wait Blankly in a stare She�s the two parent orphan And her life has come undone Not a whisper or a care She�s forgotten by everyone She will forever wait She has nothing else to do But sit and stare at the world From her sickened, saddened point of view. |
