Without mentioning

Along with the embarrassing

Like a movie without words

Deadly and sometimes

Poisoning things you said or heard

Playing in you�re heard

Like a music box without an end

You are your worst enemy

And your best friend

Sickening and twisted

Are those things that you hear

But how can you forget it

Your conscious isn�t clear

It�s almost hard to remember

How it is you smile

When all these troubled thoughts

Stay in your memory file

And there alone you sit

Silent and in the dark

Only sounds that are heard

Are those sounds that are parked

In your mind,

In your head

In your thoughts

When alone you finally sit

They�ll speak to you

And you�ll take them to heart

And you�ll close your eyes

And ask for them to leave

However they will stay

Without a sense of remorse

All together they will pray

On your body

And on your soul

Without resting once

And when you think you�d had enough

On you they will pounce

Over and over again

From the very day you lived it

Until there is no end

So don�t be left alone

With all your sinful thoughts

That when you least suspected

They�ll beat you with memories lots and lots

Just thinking about them

Gives you chills to remember

Silence is a bliss

But memories are a blender
